When you contact APCA in relation to our work, register as a supporter, send or receive information or make an electronic donation to us, you provide us with personal information.

APCA collects personal Information, which is anything that enables us to identify you as an individual, for example, your name and e-mail address. When you supply information to us, we are legally obliged by the Data Protection Act 1998 to ensure that the information you have provided is only used for the purpose for which it was requested, and to ensure that the data is kept securely.

When you provide us with your personal data, you are agreeing to consent to the collection and use of any information you provide in accordance with the above purposes and this privacy statement.

Will we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

We may pass your information to our service providers and associated organisations and, if you have consented, to other related organisations who may share the aims and objectives of APCA.
